Yeah he didnt like the pressure but he easily adapted and towards the end he was landing his shots too easily and picking Hatton off.

Agreed! They might as well give you the money! Ricky has got tons of heart but he is not and will never be a Welterweight. If he kept his head he may well have been on the end of a wide UD, but you can throw in as many factors as you like, even if the fight was at 140, and Floyd still wins. Ricky should spend the rest of his career dominating 140, starting with Paulie, then swallowing his pride and fighting Witter. When he realises there is no disgrace going up to 147 against the no1 p4p, when that hits home, he'll stop calling for it

Lol bull****. Floyd just waited for Hatton to gas his ass out. Hatton never had Floyd in trouble. Just like Judah he ran out of gas. Lucky for Judah he didn't lung in like it was a street fight and get layed da hell out.

** Look, Hatton lost, but no way was he completely outclassed like the Floydy athletic supporters like to maintain.

Hatton pressed Floydy the whole of the fight and got some good shots in. Of course Ricky takes some punishment, that is expected, but so does Floydy in most every fight I see. Criminy, he almost KDs Floydy the first round and Floydy's eyes as big as saucers after that left hook.

Point being, maybe you chaps should review the last round. Floydy doesn't land a single punch until his counter left hook half way through the round. Hatton lands some decent punches before that, driving Floydy around the ring, and even ducks the big right hand the goofs claim Floydy couldn't miss with. Ricky's footwork is impeccable until.....

Ricky made a single mistake, a telegraphed leaping left hook Floydy could see coming halfway across the ring. No way Floydy's counter left hook ever lands again in the same manner that causes Ricky to lose his balance and head the turnbuckle straight in. In short, fight was over from the first punch Floydy landed that round as anyone could see, officially over seconds later.

Seeing as Floydy has been reluctant to face the best comp since his move from LW, I'd say Ricky still represents the smallest threat, biggest reward out there if he can grab another belt and make a little noise this year.

In short, a fastball right down Money's sweetspot. Whether or not the fight is made has nothing to do with the odds or competitiveness. Money is what talks to Money.
