Can anyone tell me what Calzaghe has done that is equivalent to the absolutely one-sided thrashing Pacquiao gave P4P top 5 Barrera in 2003?

      No?

      Pacquiao is number 2 then.

yea but discussing the no.1 is no fun cause everyone know it mayweather no. 2 is much closer. Easily Pacman or Calzaghe, I love Calzaghe but his opposition is worse the Pacman even if his skills are great so I gotta go with Pacman just.

Well it is actually kind of important because Mayweather seems on the brink of retirement.

I think it is Pacquiao's to lose against Marquez (the #2 spot, and the heir to Mayweather's throne).

Because even though #5 Calzaghe is taking on great competition in #4 Hopkins... he is actually losing ground against Pacquiao, because #2 Pacquiao has a date with #3 Marquez.

I thought P4P was your interpretation of who would beat who if they were all the same size.

The only guy out there that definetely beats Joe P4P in my mind, is Floyd.

Pacman would have a chance, that would be wild, I wouldn't know who to pick. Everyone else in the top 10 i'd pick Joe.

I find it hard to put heavies in it though. You can't imagine a shrunken down Wlad, and a heavyweight version of Pacman would smash him to pieces..lol.

I don't really get it. It's all a bit fanciful.

What we do all know is that Floyd is the best boxer in the world, no question.

No, P4P is based on accomplishment.

16-0 (16 KOs) Fernando Vargas would have been ranked P4P #1 if it were just fantasy matchups, because he was bulldozing everyone.

The heavyweight example you gave is reason why P4P is done on accomplishment instead of ability head-to-head in a fantasy matchup.

Damn Pacquiao beat up some old ass legends and got himself beat up in the process I mean how do you knock a man down 3 times in the first round and end up drawing!?!?!?

Im not even gonna mention the bum he got beat by at the beginning of his career.

I don't really like that either. Makes it very uninteresting.

**** it, I guess everyone top 10 are similar regardless.

                      Barrera, 2003, not old.

Calzaghe's nuts may be nice, but you might want to get off them for a second and discuss this.

                      So let's see.

Barrera in 2003 >>> Kessler. Sorry, it's true.

Everyone else on Pacquiao's resume >>> Lacy.

                      So...

                      Anything else?

Oh yeah, old Morales >>> old Eubank.
