He beat Quintana who beat Williams.. that automatically disqualifies Margarito since he lost to Williams. Margarito beat cintron so that disqualifies Cintron and then he beat Judah and Mosley..

There is no one else out there and Cotto is number one contender..

Funny how you say that Corley Sosa and Judah where in their primes when Floyd fought them and suddenly when Cotto got to them they were all washed up, I suppose this idea is due to the vicious punishment that PBF put on them huh?

Where's the proof?? Look at all these west coast poster on the forum who support Cotto. What do you want me to provide statistics?? I doubt a company sits there and actually goes person to person asking them if they know who Cotto is. Fact is.. Many Cali posters and people I know who train at Wildcard or just friends who like boxing in Cali want to see the fight happen just like everyone else other then the Floyd Boy nut munchers.

Gomez is a tune up fight.. it's not big so it doesn't need to happen in Vegas.
If anything they are trying to get Margarito exposure in the East so when it comes time for Margarito v. Cotto people on the east also know who he is and the fight will be held in Vegas.. Makes better PPV numbers that way.

Baldomir v. Mayweather did ****ty numbers as well.. and who cares if this Cotto fight isn't on PPV... they are trying to get the fighters more exposure for the Margarito v Cotto big fight.
