You are very well entitled to an opinion, I love to know on what basis you define trash, garbage etc?? Have you ever watched him fight??? I have you ever watched a fight???? You come from a state that has turned out a lot of very brave people (Fannin, Lamar, Austin, Houston, Rusk and Travis the list goes on) and some extremely good boxers e.g. Paulie Ayala, yet you seem unable to spot qualities in a fighter, probably because he is european; the guy has beaten everyone they've put in front of him and completed two of his world title wins one handed, he's been in the business for 15 years and doesn't have a mark on his face.....

By all means hate him all you like, but don't call the man garbage. I hated Eubank and followed Benn, but that never stopped me appreciating Eubank' amazing ability to take punishment then come back at you. If Bernard wins fair and square, you won't find anyone on this site that will praise him more than me.

He's not a thug, but how would this help him anyway? I have met many thugs, and even bought ******* from a few of them, but I don't reckon any of them could beat me in a boxing match.

That's why most of them carry guns, not man enough for a fist fight, whereas Bernard is man enough........but Joe will beat him IMO

I think he slaps and i think he punches wide and funny. ill give him props and he alright i just dont like him.i think that if he gets popped i think his chin will get checked and i dont think he can take it.but you fored me to say it i give calz props. be he is still trash to me

Calzaghe wins prime 4 prime and wins this one easily too unless Hopkins runs like a *****.

when would you consider Calzaghe in his prime? He had a really jumpy career, he would have awesome performances followed by lousy ones, so personally I think its kind of hard to say.

and to be honest, from all of his biggest wins that Ive seen, the Kessler one is the one he looked the best in. I dont think its a stretch to say hes in his prime.

I've slagged off Bernard a lot, but I'll never deny he has balls. He has a kind of swagger, you could send five guys in the ring after him and he would keep calm and fancy his chances.

But Calz has that same kind of confidence. He's unintimidatable as well. And he happens to be the better and at the moment hotter all around fighter between the two

Calz has proven to have one of the best chins in boxing, on the samely level as Nard's chin. And Nard is not a big hitter, hasn't knocked anyone out in a long time and even earlier didn't have top-grade power. Hop's KOing Calz is the only result that's impossible. Calz KOing Hop is very unlikely but not altogether impossible because he can throw 12-punch combinations and force a stoppage.
