    Chavez 32 and Taylor 27 - fight #2

Man, im watching there second fight, good fight, and wow, surprised that Taylor was only 27 at the time they fought again. Damn, that crowd was in the fight and they cheered for Taylor, no wonder Don King pleeded with Taylor after this fight to coninue his boxing career when Taylor was saying he wants to retire. Good fight, doesn't get talked about because the first one over shadows the second one but the second fight was a good fight.

I don't know how it was such a good fight JCC dominated then KO'd him, it wasn't even close. First one was a classic.

I guess i shouldn't use good i should say fair.

But i called it a good fight because.....

      1. You have the crowd cheering loud, for Chavez and for Taylor.

      2. Taylor had his moments.

      3. There were knockdowns then a tko.

      4. Chavez throw some beautiful combination, just ****en nice. When Chavez gets going like that he looks like the All Time Great fighter he is.

      5. Its a ****en Chavez fight his auroa alone carries a fight to a new level.

It was wrong for Don King to plead with Taylor to continue fighting. Taylor had that look on his face that he was done but King wanted to milk him. Now look where Taylor is in his life.

Everyone says that Taylor was way past done in that fight, but I actually thought he looked pretty damn good. Not as good as he looked in the first match, but he didn't look like a guy who would go on to lose to a bunch of nobodies in the near future.

Chavez did pretty much dominate though.

Taylor was done after the first Chavez fight, the injuries he sustained were unbelievable, he was never the same after that. It was very sad when I watched Chavez-Taylor Legendary Nights when you couldn't understand a word he was saying.

taylor was still a pretty good fighter after the first chavez fight. he just wasn't the same as he was before it, but he still had success afterwards.

Yeah, but you could see the deterioration of his skills after the Chavez fight.
