Apparently you don't know the power of boxing. A trained lightweight boxer can easily beat the hell out of a 260 lb. untrained man on the street.

It said he was mixed in with 17 and 18 year olds. Remember this was back in the late 70's and early 80's

In a Playboy article about Tyson, it stated that when he was 11 years old he was thrown in with big 17 and 18 year old young men in prison before he knew how to box. The interviewee says he would not be surprised if Tyson was ****d by the older kids. This would explain why he is so messed up n the head.
