I've seen Danny Jacobs make experienced pros like James McGirt Jr and Henry Crawford look bad. I'm not sure if you've seen the tapes, but this kid is serious.

Jacobs has 4 four NY Golden Gloves championships and a couple national and international honors. How good is the amateur system down there in Tennessee?
