    One of the greatest trilogies in the history of the sport. Right up there with Barrera/Morales in terms of overall skill and will involved. I feel honored that I've lived in this era to have seen history unfold live before my eyes.

    You talk about two guys who embody everything great in boxing, and you're talking about these two. They're made for each other. I could watch them fight 100 times and never bore with it.

      trilogies not over yet. Third one could be a farse

      I just watched the 2nd one in HD on my TV for the first time since it happened... that seriously has to be one of the better fights i have ever seen. Just when you think one man has taken over the fight, the other guy takes over and starts to dominate. And vice versa. Its really incredible to watch and breathtaking

        Which is exactly the reason why III will be amazing as well. The first one wasn't entirely one sided either, it looked like Marquez was winning with the straight right until Vazquez unloaded that left hook. Both matches were the definition of a "seesaw" match.
