He's like an orthodox Calzaghe. He throws the right open which against a sophisticated southpaw like Lee would get him KO'd quickly; but maybe like Cal he'll learn how to use it effectively. But time will tell, it all depends on who trains him, whether he has a chin, whether he has the desire, whether he develops his right hand, etc.

Skils, Jacobs appears to have amazing handspeed. That's all you can say at this point. Those were amateur fights and mismatches at that, so he wasn't picking his shots, his power is all in his left, just what's needed in the ams. Can he be a great pro? Probably. He's going to have to slow down, cover up, fight from a stance, and straighten his right. None of that is in the video I just watched. You haven't even seen him take a punch in the face.

But he'll be damn exciting even if he falls short of your expectations.
