Inkin vs Mundine. Unification fight at SMW. Who you got?

Okay. Joe Calzaghe is moving up to LHW to fight Hopkins. Mundine moves from "regular champ" to "super champ". Meaning he has to fight a mandatory or be in a unification fight. Hes not going to risk fighting Brahmer, Haussler , Kessler, all top 5's because there is high risk for minimal reward.

So we start looking at a unification fight. And with who? Well Calzaghe has 3 titles, so there will be vacant titles. Inkin vs Froch is for the WBC vacant title, it looks like and thats March 15th.

A fight im confident Inkin wins. Froch is just to slow for the top guys in the division. But if Froch wins, he will get the unification fight with the Austalian.

Mundines next fight is on February 27th against a cab driver. Inkin/Froch is two weeks later on March 15th. These dates are not just a coincidence. The Australian could very well have two belts before the end of 2008, and then a big match with Kessler looms.

This sets up a mouth watering clash with Kessler at the end of 2008. Mundine could have WBC, WBA titles. And Kessler WBO.

      It all makes sense now.

I know I've been against it, but I actually want to see Kessler fight Mundine again. You can't really count Mundine out, if you're a world champion, you got something special.
But that doesn't mean I don't think Kessler would beat him.

          Inkin won't beat Froch.

Froch takes Mundine, Kessler and Calzaghe if the fights happen.

Even if Froch beats Inkin. He gets stopped pretty early against Mundine. I know your a Pom. But the guy is just to slow. Mundine vs Kessler 2 is already in the works. Inkin/Froch is just a speedbump for a big unfication fight. Same as winner of Miranda/Pascal is for Kessler.

Would be Inkins first fight out of Europe.

He looks very week in his previous fights. Good technique. But very weak and not quick enough to beat the Australian.

so who is Kessler returning against?

because Inkin and Froch are fighting in March (already mentioned)

Mundine is fighting at the end of February (also mentioned)

so who and when is Kessler planning to make his return against?

Kessler will likely have to wait until Miranda/Pascal fight. Then will fight again against the winner. No one wants to fight him now, none of the massive names, hes to much of a risk.

So his next fight will be for the vacant WBO title.

Eventually he will fight Mundine in a unfication fight by the end of the year. The Australian should get past Inkin, and he will have the WBA and WBC titles. Kessler WBO. Unification at end of year. Then winner fights Bute in 2009 likely. It all makes sense, if you apply some logic.
