Fights That Were Supossed To Be Exciting..

u are easily pleased Dorian it was one of the most disapointing fights ive seen in recent times at least Pac v Barrera 2 ,PBF V Dela Hoy were Legends in the ring & them fighting each other kept u glued more than anything

i like watching Miranda but i thought he was poor that night for entertainment

Morales vs Barrera 2

Morales Barrera 2? While it may not have been as good as the first or third that was still a really damn good fight! It was still one of the better fights of the year. Much more tactical than the first but it still had a lot of good exchanges. It was expected to be a repeat of the first but I don't think anyone can fight two fights that intense. Even the third, which was brilliant, was not as hard and brutal as the first. Anyway, I thought the second fight was great.

I'll put down 'The World Awaits' although I think most people knew it was going to be boring as ****.

Barrera vs Juarez 2. Even though Barrera gave Juarez a pure boxing clinic, it was about as boring as it gets after their first fight.

Good choice. That match was so much weaker than their other two it isn't even funny. What a disappointment.

I just felt it didn't live up to the hype and it wasn't really exciting to me.

Green/Miranda and Barrera/Pac 2 are great choices. I don't see how you could say DLH/PBF though. It wasn't a horrible fight and the atmosphere made it worth the watch, but that isn't even it. How could you have had high expectations for it anyway? You'd have to have only seen the 24/7s and nothing more of either guy.

I might get some complaints from this one, but I was expecting a good fight between Ibragimov and Briggs. I know, I know... Shannon Briggs expected to be in an exciting fight? It was just that Sultan leading into that fight had quite the exciting style and looked pretty vulnerable. I thought it would be a four round slugfest with both guys serious hurt before Briggs lost by TKO or by passing out. Sultan unveiled his current defensive style that night though and what a snoozer it turned out to be.
