Miguel Cotto: "No Problems With Ivan Calderon"

During a recent press conference held in Puerto Rico, WBA welterweight champion Miguel Cotto (31-0, 25KOs) told fans and media that a rivalry does not exist between him and his countryman Ivan Calderon (30-0, 6KOs), the WBO light flyweight champion. [details]

Can someone tell me SOMETHING about Calderon. I see him on p4p lists and constantly am told he is underrated... does anyone have anything good?

Cotto deserves it more than Calderon.

Calderon moving up in weight and beating Cazares was a really good accomplishment but Cotto beat Judah and Mosley.

Calderon is one of the best pure boxers in the sport, not much power but very slick.

Calderon is so deeply underrated, he should be in the Top 15 P4P

Calderon is the PR Pernell Whitaker in terms of defensive skills, but no way should it be a tie, beating Judah and Mosley makes Cotto the PR fighter of the year no doubt about it

Cotto is so much more popular, he shouldnt have a problem with it. Calderon is hardly even recognized, unless its a hardcore fan.

they both defended and fought 3 times this years but cotto was the one who got the exposure but i think is not fair that the smaller weight classes won't get any exposure.
