i remember john mugabe-marvin hagler fight in the 80's. when john "the beast" mugabe entered the ring, he has a perfect record of 26 wins, all by knockout, most of his KO win was in the 1st to 4th round. hardly a boxer survived the hard-hitting mugabe. but hagler proved that he is better than mugabe by knocking him out in the 10th-11th round. after mugabe's loss, he suffered another loss from not-so-known boxers. mugabe's win streak was stopped by hagler and another loss was followed by losses, and that was the end of his career. i hope that ricky hatton's loss will not be followed by another loss because ricky has been very selective of his opponent nowadays. junior witter and gavin rees is waiting for him but it seems that he is not interested to fight with these guys. he should stay active again and avoid the feat suffered by john "the beast" mugabe. -

Naaaaaahhhhhh.
The only fighters I believe can beat Hatton at 140 are Floyd, Witter, and Malignaggi.
Rees will just get pummeled.Comment
