Roy Jones vs Winky Wright at 170

How about it? Winky is complaining that all the big money playaz are leaving him out. Roy Jones is all over the place asking for Delahoya at 166

How about they fight each other at 170. Both of their last fight, they fought at 170 so they can do it again.

It sure makes sense for Roy. He would be safe from getting knocked out. Winky wouldn't try to knock him out so Roy would be able to strut around the ring and showboat like the true professional that he is.

Are you saying Roy is affraid of somebody like Winky? Please. Roy isn't affraid of anybody who he knows can't hurt him. The only thing he has to worry about against Winky is losing a decision and Roy is a master at outboxing people.

The only time Roy lost by decision himself is when he was actually affraid of committing to his punches in fear of getting hurt. He didn't let his hands go because he was punch shy against Tarver.

Wouldn't happen against Winky. If this fight doesn't happen, it's not because Roy is affraid of Winky.

On boxing talk Winky called him out many times. At one point RJJ had the options of fighting Benard Hopkins, Joe Calzaghe or Winky Wright. Guess who he picked little Trinidad. haha

I thought Winky said he didn't want to fight Jones because they are friends. Anyways, I think Jones can win this at 170 if Winky comes in like he did for the Hopkins fight, wouldn't be very entertaining though.

i agree. these two pretty much only have each other to fight at the moment so don't be surprised if it happens. and this is a pick em up fight. this should be very similar to winky/bh. i think winky might just pull it off

They both want fights against other established fighters so it makes sense. This isn't a question of who is ducking who. It's an idea. If they're out of options they might wanna start looking in each others direction unless they both wanna fight the young guys. And I know they don't.

Roy doesn't want any of Dawson and recently Winky said that he is not interested in a Mikkel Kessler or a Arthur Abraham fight. So what's left to do besides suckin Oscar's **** for a payday? If they're that desperate, Roy can suck the **** while Winky licks the nuts.

Yeah sometime RJJs fans dont want to hear the truth. But yeah your right RJJ vs. Winky at 170 makes sense. I dont think it will happen tho.
