You have to give Jermaine Taylor credit....

for taking the immediate rematch with Pavlik. He has either lost touch with reality or has some a real stones. Maybe it's even a combination of the two? Because he is going to get his ass kicked.

Kelly Pavlik is a monster and when he's done with Taylor I'd like to see him and Bad Chad get it on....

    Lost touch with reality?

    **** that.

He is a real fighter and deserves respect.

Look at the fighters he has faced.

Hopkins x2, Ouma, Spinks, Winky, Pavlik <---not sure if that's the order..i cant remember.

He may of lost them all on some peoples cards (well he for sure beat Hops the second time), but taking on a list like that....damn, that is respectable.

The cool thing is he admits he'll fight whoever brings the most money.

But if you're fighting guys like the guys above...no harm no foul. Keep doin' what you're doin, JT.

Yeah I was really impressed with that, although it slightly annoyed me that he was choosing to go through with it immediately and itnot let Kelly defend his title, but I'm over that.

I think hes letting his pride cloud his judgement a bit, I felt after getting kod he should take a tune up vs Miranda first to work out his new game plan vs a big puncher.

It was Hopkins twice, Winky, Ouma, Spinks, and then Pavlik.

Yeah, i agree. would be nice to see Pavlik take defend his title in his hometown. That is every fighter's dream.

But Kelly is cool, too, and this is a big fight for him. For sure money wise.

How did he lose touch with reality when he was leading on the cards and almost knocked him out?

Not to take away from Kelly tho, a big win, its funny cuz he won the middleweight championship but now the belt is useless because all the big fighters want to fight him at a higher weight

No, I agree, taylor absolutely gets credit for his resume and he'll fight just about anyone. I do however think he lost all those fights except the fight with Ouma and the second fight with BH was questionable. And I think the knock down he got against Pavlik was a lucky fluke, mainly because he didn't or couldn't even knock down Ouma. But I'm the first to say that I could be wrong.

Seeings how I think he fared against most of the fighters mentioned above, I wonder how realistic he is about his own abilities? I just don't think he is no where near the level of Pavlik....
