yeah i agree i dont think his ego will let him lose. personally I think he will fight williams on the inside and stay in his chest all night long and hitting with PLENTY of body shots making it hard for williams to be able to extend those arms and get full force with his long arms. williams needs space to be able to land meaningful shots. but i think cotto is the kind of fighter that suites floyds style perfectly. i would take floyd over both with a bit of trouble from Williams (8-4 n rounds) and easy with Cotto (10-2 in rounds)

Everyone Says That Floyd Is Over Rated. If You Think So Please Tell Me Who You Think Can Beat Floyd And The Reasons Behind It. I Understand Not Liking Him Because Of His Attitude But IMO You Cant Discredit His Fighting Style Speed And Ability. THIS IS NOT AN ARGUEMENT JUST TRYING TO SEE FROM OTHER PEOPLES POINT OF VIEW.

Because he WON'T fight the toughest only the dumbest, and the oldest. Anybody can look like the man fighting rainman... See what happened to the invincible Roy Jones whne he fougt Tarver? Johnson?? Clack!

Cotto scares Floyd. So does Williams, Margarito etc. Who admires a "champ" who talks sooo much **** and won't fight anybody worth a damn?

first of all, id appreciate it if you lowercaps that *****. second of all, i dont think they can beat floyd. no one at this point can beat floyd. but that doesnt mean that he shouldnt fight and defend his titles against legitimate contenders.

Paul is tall and a volume puncher, has a good jab and doesnt waste energy. he has pretty good defense and can expose openings well. the amount of clean and effective punches he can throw can be a problem to floyd.

Cotto is a pressure fighter. And yes, i know how Floyd handles pressure fighters but Cotto has shown that he can change things up and provide new challenges. He's smart and knows when he needs to box and the chances are that he may surprise people with a new gameplan no one has seen him execute mid fight. He is able to find a weakness with ever fighter he's encountered.

cosign, although Mayweather certainly appears to be the best. As a boxer, he has to go out and prove that. He can't just say he's better and not fight people. Also I feel like Mayweather fans shouldn't be so content in his inactivity. As a fan you should crave to see him take on new fighters. Wouldn't have you enjoy watching him take on the WW division? I for one could possibly be a big fan if he went out and danced circles around Cotto and Punisher. Unfortunately we don't get that, we only get his mouth.
