Why is Carl Froch's career based around Mikkel Kessler & Joe Calzaghe?

Read that and you will have an idea what i'm on about. All of Carls fans on youtube or wherever all HATE Calzaghe and all they ever talk about is how Froch will KNOCK OUT Calzaghe. He seems to be the Margarito of Joe Calzaghe. I think it's kind of sad how in every single interview he always mentions one name and that is Joe's, he really needs to beat Inkin impressively or he has got no chance.

Carl's been calling out Joe since 2003. Joe hasn't taken him up on his offer. It's a natural - two top-class British fighters in the same division. Why scrap with Salem, Ashira, Bika and Manfredo (and look **** whilst doing so, may I add)?

Carl Froch was only 10-0 at the end of 2003, wouldn't people hate on Calzaghe for fighting another unproven fighter? Froch was only recently known to America after he beat an old and faded Robin Reid and he is still only vagely know to them while Manfredo is a big name there.

Magee and Tatevosyan were good wins as well, better wins than a Reid who has only looked good once since the Calzaghe fight (against a shot Ottke), and very convincing endings.

I'd just like to know what you base Froch beating Calzaghe on?

Who cares about who's known where. As a boxing fan, I don't want to see Calzaghe fighting American reality TV guys every seven months. I'd much rather have seen him throw hands with Froch instead of Ashira, Bika and Manfredo, because atleast it would have been two top-class fighters in the ring.

Froch's ability, Calzaghe's lack of ability in certain area's, and the fact Froch hasn't even got out of first gear as a pro yet.

Tatevosyan was much better and more important than reid.

he uses calzaghe's name as a stepping stone in the media (a la witter and hatton), he has low level management, and is already 30 with no real recognition.

Froch's ability to keep his left hand on his crotch?

What evidence do you have to prove Froch hasn't got out of first gear as a pro besides some guys words who spared with both him and Mikkel Kessler?
