My Honest Thoughts On Miranda

The guys strong. But seriously, some people on here are way over rating him. Hes strong, decent speed. But if his opponents got a decent jab he gets worked.

My thoughts:

Middleweight :

- He looses to Abraham. Again, like he did last time. This time i think Pavlik beats him even worse. I think if they fought in Germany Sturm wins no matter what.

Super middleweight:

- Kessler would stop Miranda and i think rather early.
- Mundine would have a clinic. If Miranda didn't land. Which is likely to happen as he has a top notch defense. A speedy jab and sharp combos would breathe a wide UD. Won't fight because he doesn't have a cab licence though.
- Bute. I think Butes as strong as Miranda. But i also think hes more complete. And would win a close UD.

- I do give Miranda a shot at beat a top 5, by either Inkin or Froch.

But so far, even if he beats Pascal. Who is Pascal? Take a look at his record and who Pascal has fought. Fighting guys with 18 losses isn't that great.

Miranda is good. Not that good. Hes a top 10 contender in both MW and SMW. But hes never going to top 3. He could sneak into top 5, unlikely though. But never much higher.

Yeh i think he could. I have said this since the hopkins fight. Whoever fights Winky next is very lucky. He will show signs of ageing in his next fight i feel. And big signs.

styles make fights man. Winky's gonna feel Miranda's power through his gloves. And plus, the winkster's out of prime. Maybe last year or 2 years ago...but not now. He is going downhill fast.

Miranda has got some serious power... its hard to really count him out completely i think he could give some guys a really hard time.. I think him and kessler would be a good fight cuz i think they would really start ****ing, i give that one to kessler in a 6 round ko but it would be a crazy 6 rounds.

I wanna see Pavlik **** through Winky's guard. That would be brutal. I know the Winkster likes them big gloves and keeps them open too but that won;t matter. It will be as if he's trying to catch shot put balls. It won;t work!
And finally somebody bloodies and stops the Winkster.

Miranda is going to prove many of you wrong. He beat the crap out of Abraham and anywhere else in the world with any other ref he walks home with the belt. Pavlik is his only flaw, but no doubt he was not on his game that night. 168lbs he looks much healthier and stronger. I think your dead wrong about not being on the top 3. IMO he will hold a belt before the end of the year if Calzaghe vacates.

Miranda definately beats Bute, have no doubt in my mind, he'll beat Froch, he already did **** on Green. He can't beat Kessler, Calzaghe or Pavlik coming up. I think Kessler outpoints him. I think Calzaghe probably tkos him. And I see Pavlik destroying him in a similar fashion.

I think Zuniga could be the dark horse in the smw division. This guy is a beast.
