There is a reason that the weight classes get more spaced out as weight goes up... it is easier to transition weights the bigger you are.

Roy would win. Because Roy is vey quick and can hit with termendous power. But i don't think it would be a landslide victory. Floyd too is very quick and skilled. If they were to fight right now, Roy would win because of the power he has over Floyd. But Floyd would tag Roy a lot. If the fight was to take place in the 90's it would be an execution for Floyd.
