Why would Hatton turn down a fight with floyd at 140 then fight him at
    147?

I understand that you no longer like PBF but give me a unbiased answer to this question. Why should PBF make the fight with Hatton at 140 when that fight was offered more once to Hatton at 140? Regardless of who would back Judah up that wasn't the point. It just showed PBF fighting a different style and you can't take that away from PBF. Prime De la Hoya still wouldn't beat PBF. Prime De la Hoya always had problems with better boxers than him and PBF is a better boxer than he is. You have to realize that PBF would fight a whole different fight if this fight would have happened in De la Hoya's prime because they would have been closer in size. De la Hoya outweighed PBF by 15+ lbs. Truth be told that fight was that close and PBF was a very clear winner in that fight that split decicison was a bull**** set-up for they're BULL**** REMATCH. I am a big PBF and I can say that the rematch is complete BULL****.
Come on man Margarito ain't go **** coming against PBF. Margarito is too unskilled and slow for PBF thats not even a good fight or a fight I am pressed to see because I don't think it would be good.

With Margarito, win or lose, you know your going to see a guy that comes to fight! With Floyd, you will see a guy who worries about not getting hurt, or breaking a nail.

Ask Billy Graham that. Before Floyd became a Welterweight he wanted to fight Hatton at 140 (after Hatton beat TK) He said that Hatton was not ready for Floyd at the moment and he needed a couple of more fights.

You need to brush up on your boxing history my friend. These are facts!

I've bought quite a few Mayweather PPV's. I would only buy a Margarito PPV if his opponent was good and there might be a chance Marge would get his ass kicked or KO'ed. I honestly don't mind Margarito, but with all the Marge nuthuggers here I tune into his fights hoping he loses.

If i recall correctly, Hatton stated that he wanted to get a few fights under his belt in the U.S, in order to gain some exposure before he faced Floyd. That was the reason for the 3-fight HBO deal.

Floyd Mayweather. Floyd's speed and accuracy are most impressive to me. I love it when he throws two or three of the same punch and lands them in the same place every time.

You got to see him throw body shots, straight shots, hooks. You got to see him jab, jab and move, jab and hook off the jab, jab and set up the straight right as early as round two, and then with great efficiancy in round eight.

If you want to see him got to war: Castillo 1 & 2, Chavez, Augustus, Corley, N'Dou, Hatton.

If you want to see him box and move: Baldomir, de la Hoya, Judah.

Or if you simply want to see him dominate and examplify his speed in blistering fashion: Corrales, Gatti, Bruseles, Mitchell.

Mayweather can do it all. People who dont box have a hard time seeing this. I would say take it from an actual fighter, but all of the Mayweather detractors won't care, even though I know what I am talking about. This isn't about my amatuer carreer anyway, this is about Floyd Mayweather, the most adaptable fighter on the planet.
He definitely didn't goto war with Castillo in the rematch, that was more boxing and moving if anything. And he definitely didn't box and move against Judah, either. He slowly stalked and pressured Judah with a high gaurd very Winky Wright'ish.

I was just trying to summarize things. I saw that fight alot different than most people. Yes Judah won some of the early rounds, but I thought that Floyd was just kinda getting into the groove of things. You are right though, as it went on he broke Judah down and did what he pleased. But his movement in that fight was great, because he kept such good range in order to pick Zab apart. It was boxing and moving, just not in the sense of going backwards. The Castillo rematch was an entertaining fight, and Floyd and the later rounds saw much more of a war than the opening stanzas. Don't tell me you are going with Margarito on this one Deliveryman!
