    Edwin Valero?

I was watching an Edwin Valero fight with my friends this past weekend. And they thought that it was pretty watching a guy with a piece of his skull missing to be a bit ridiculous. At the very least they said they wouldn't be so interested in watching a live fight for fear they'd see him get KO Killed in the ring. What are everyone's thoughts on watching his fights? Does he atleast have a metal plate where he had the surgery? Also if i was a major fighter like Pacquiao i wouldn't wanna take a fight with him for fear of seriously hurting/killing him. If Pacman killed Valero, it would seriously hurt his marketability. Similar to what happened to ray boom boom mancini when he killed doo koo kim. Thoughts?

I heard the problem is actually sorted and he took a brain scan where he lives and he got cleared, now he wants to show the Americans he's 100%

I like watching Valero fight,if it was a problem with the brain id be worried, but it isnt so i guess its ok,nothing serious like Joe Messi

im glad you brought up the issue...guys like him have nothing else going for them except there familys....so he has to make a living...i suggest everytime he fights that we all say a prayer for him because he is the type of fighter that gives all in the ring and can take all as well...it would be sad day to see another one of our heros gone....i hope he stays away from pacman as much as i would love to see them fight.

if everything with his cranium was clear and acceptable he'd have gotten his license to fight in the United States. The fact that he hasn't means he must still have some unresolved issues.

if evander holyfield still fights and thomas hearns was allowed to fight at 48 then i dont see any problem with valero putting up the dukes against RJJ garbage man comp.

Honestly, if he signed with Don King hed probably have a license in two weeks.

He failed a NY physical years ago and can't get a chance to take another one. His people are looking at legal avenues to remedy this. I'd like to see Valero on American TV if for no other reason than to see his smoking hot wife.
