Ugh....when am I going to stop hearing his name.

Judah is officially now a gate-keeper. Mosley opened the gate about 12 years ago.

Mosley is soooooooo much better against these type of fighters than Mayorga's signature win... Forrest.

Forrest has always had problems with come-forward guys, and Mosley has had trouble with jabbers...

How good is Mayorga's jab again?
Exactly right. Which is why I wouldnt mind watching this fight. Not the ****ing in the ass part, but I wouldnt mind seeing Mayorga just destroyed. I think it would look worse then what Oscar did to him.

I don't even know if that is possible that Mayorga ever loses worse than he did to De La Hoya... that was one of the worst beatings I have ever seen. Mayorga did not have a positive moment in that fight.

He did have that one uppercut in the (I think) second round.

Mosley could do whatever he wanted in this fight. He would put on a hell of a show and give out a one sided beating. He would look amazing and could call out a top guy and get people interested in the fight. I would rather see him fight someone like Clottey, but thats high risk no reward for someone like Shane. Why do that when he can do a zero risk fight against an old, slow Mayorga? The only think I wonder is if Shane would drop him for the 10 count or if the ref would have to stop it after about 9 or 10 rounds of clean brutal shots. One thing for sure, Mayorga isnt hearing the final bell. I would bet my small amount of points on that!

Shane said that he wants to keep fighting at 147 and there's not way Mayorga is going to make 147, I think he'll even have trouble making 154 now that he's coming down from fighting at 160.

Yeh 147 is out of the question. I tend to think the fight will happen at 154. Or possibly a cach weight.

But im going with Mayorga on this one.

Two of the three judges had Mayorga winning three of the six rounds. Oscar also said Mayorga hit him harder than almost anyone besides a few he wouldnt name. But he got KOed in the end so it doesnt matter but he had some positive moments.

Im telling you Mayorga is never going to make 147 again. 154 is even a question so unless Don King gets in his head this fight will never happen. At least not under good terms for Mayorga(which isnt new).

Lol at this being a Undercard fight, **** this could end up PPV.

Actually to be fair, Mayorga had a good moment or two against Oscar. He drilled him with a big right hand that moved De la Hoya. Shane got hit with some right hands against Cotto so I'm sure Mayorga will buzz him a few times. That said, I pick Mosley KO 7. Mosley is a superb body attacker and Mayorga does not take a body shot well(see the Tito fight). This is a good fight for Shane because it keeps him active and then he can get another big fight in the fall if he chooses to continue. If he decides to retire then this would be a nice way to go out with a win

Mosley at 154 against someone as big as Mayorga doesnt worry me. At Mosleys age and more importantly off RIODS isnt going to stop Mayorga. Shane would prolly win on the cards and at the very most score a knockdown.
