Alot of hating on kessler in this thread... its pretty funny how ignorant some of you people can be. Kessler would whipe the floors with jeff lacy, he will just abotu whipe the floors with any1 in the division other then zag... Id like to see him fight miranda, or taylor after he loses to pavlik... The fact is reguardless of his loss kessler is a top fighter, show him the respect hes earned.

I'd imagine Kessler will play 2008 smart. Calzaghe will retire in 1-2 fights which means three very winnable belts up for grabs. I wouldn't be surprised if he takes a tune up fight then goes straight for a championship at SMW. Once Calzaghe retires I can't see anyone stopping him.

LOL Froch expects Calzaghe to relinquish/vacate his belts if he moves upto 175 before Froch becomes his mandatory because it will make Joe look like a coward if he moves up when Froch becomes his mandatory LOL

          **** off froch

Kessler is to strong. I think the only danger fights in the SMW division for him are Mundine and Bute. The rest he would still win.

So the point of this thread.

Anyone know who hes fighting next? underground boxing connections lol?
You do have to give him credit for already clearly beating Mundine.

Kessler is a kingpin in a very strong division.

His main threats look like this :

                1. Mundine
                2. Bute
                3. Pavlik
                4. Taylor

SMW is an under rated division. Sure Kessler is the best at the moment. But anything can happen when there is this much talent around. One man will stand up, the rest will try to, but they will fall.

Definetely he fought great. Mundine however has improved a lot since then. Even though Green and Soliman aren't the best fighters, his performances were simply destructive. In a rematch its very close, could go either way. P.S Ask 2501, the 1st fight wasn't that comprehensive. I gave it to Kess by 3 round. 2501 gave it to Kess by 2 rounds. The judges hate Mundine more than normal fans, one judge gave it to Kess 120-108, and he needs to never judge again because the guys a fkn stoaner.

                  Anyway Kessler is class.

                    For sure, 120-108 was a crock o ****. 116-112, 115-113 are acceptable scores.
