how do you guys rate amir khans chances on saturday

the fight with st clair is going to be an intresting one & one i think which will answer a lot of questions about khans ability

im one of these people who knows he still has flaws but will one day be the man to rule the division...

so then - what are your thoughts on this fight??

im thinking he could possibly stop st clair

I agree. Still a good fight though, I know it was at a lower weight but it was only a couple of fights ago that St Clair was a world champion. Step in the right direction, but I still want Khan to face a puncher sooner rather than later.

Yeah I agree St Clair is definently a nice boxer gave Corrales a tough fight and will hopefully be a good learning curve for Khan (assuming he doesnt score another early KO). Hopefully after that we can see Khan-Thaxton and then maybe that world title hes been after.

St Clair has a chin, went the distance with Corrales and Harris, but he is older now, and Kahn is too fast, too strong and too fresh for him.

I think Khan will be too much for the reason's represented above. I would like to see him against a puncher soon and maybe by the end of the year he'll be in a title fight. Which will be interesting because with Juan Diaz in the division, plus Katsidis, and maybe some other fighters moving up it will be definitely be tough for Khan to break through and be champ.

Nice name to have on his CV early on. St Clair does have a decent beard but thats it, his last few fights haven't shown me anything significant and he wasn't very good during his "prime". Once Khan has him on the ropes and unleashes, the ref will have no choice to stop the fight or feel the wrath of Fat Frank Warren.
