He stepped up two weight classes to beat Tarver when no one thought he could. You gotta put him in there. Oscar I put at three because he's the only one who really tested Floyd. Oscar really took Floyd to the well. I put Pacquiao below them because he beat two guys near the end, Erik Morales and Marco Antonio Barrera."
