The two guys were staging something called 'Happy Slapping' in the UK. Kids basically stage a confrontation so they can hit someone while a friend records it. They then share the video of someone being humiliated amongst their friends. This time they picked on the wrong guy, some one with a bit of training, they were lucky he didn't hit them harder. But happy slapping was a real problem a year or two back, now its died off a bit
