WHATS CRAZY IS... all these fighters are very close in hand speed... but the fact that roy weighs 30lbs more than most of them is what makes it more ree****yaluss for me

You could say the same for Ali who weighs like 60-70 pounds more than most of the boxers on top handspeed lists but his speed is still amazing.





If we go pound for pound, as in who is the biggest of all and still has great handspeed, that's Muhammad Ali.


Roy Jones is a freak though.

Those two don't really belong in the top handspeed lists. Pep had great foot movement and his handspeed was good but not that good.

Louis had very short punches but he wasn't very fast with his hands.
