Margarito isnt a bum,hes a top welterweight,people just dont see any reason he should be able to call Floyd out and say Floyd is scared to fight him,when Floyd hasnt got a reason to fight him,he aint done **** to get a shot at Floyd

I'm not sure if anyone considered him a bum but calling him the most feared fighter on the planet was stretching it a little.
