Tokyo real estate used to be the most expensive in the world. It still ranks among the top five most expensive. It's no wonder Valero lives in such a small apartment. It's price can easily equal that of a penthouse suite in most other cities, in most other countries.A fifteen story building in Tokyo sold for close to two billion dollars some months ago... when the US dollar was worth much more, i.e., before the US housing bust.One must not look at a Tokyo apartment and think Florida condo. Think Manhattan instead.

This is not a humiliating or desperate act video at all. This is a nice home video for the most part. You just don't understand Spanish.
