No doubt he is talented, but Ward has been plagued with injuries and has shown a questionable chin. IMO he needs to find his own style and stop trying to be the next Roy Jones.

He seems like the kind of guy that could help change the image of boxing. He has some things to work but hes still young. Only 23, I hope he works out his problems and makes it big.

He looks like he's got some good talent. Hopefully sometime this year he'll take a good step up and we'll find out more about him.

I think one of his problems was he was fighting in a weight class (160) that wasn't right for him. That can make a big difference. Challenging Allen Green shows that they are serious about moving forward with him.

I dont think he's being promoted well to tell you the truth, I mean the guy won the Gold medal almost 4 years ago and nobody has even heard of him it seems.

He needs to get more fights on HBO and ESPN to atleast get the guy out there...

yeah actually i agree with that i think theyve been taking him up slowly not with the number or fights or quality of opposition but they just havent promoted him or gotten him on tv enough. he always fights at the tank (untelevised) and his last fight was on showtime. he should get some hbo fights soon..

he's got talent, that's for sure.. he just hasn't had much exposure, he seems to have a bright future, but it's hard to predict how successful he will become, i hope he makes it big
