If Hatton had the same ref in the tsyzu fight with him all the time...He would remain Unbeaten...The ref was biase has hell, The only the difference is Tsyzu had the class not to complain about it.

        Yes.

Concerning the calzaghe fight, people are too quick too write off b-hop, im gonna make an offical prediction soon, hopkins is seriously crafty although he isnt all that against a fighter with high output, its a pickem fight for me.

What amazes me is how many people spew out **** like "If Hatton had Cortez for the Tszyu fight he would have two losses on his record" and seem to think that it is actually their own opinion.

End of thread. Seriously, people who actually debate that Hatton had any chance to beat Floyd, either don't know anything about boxing, or just believed the HBO "hype" they put on him.

Seriously, after his first fight in American territory, I knew that Hatton wasn't good. The guy doesn't even have basic boxing skills.

Agreed. Hatton didn't make any mistakes... he fought the fight he needed to fight to have a chance at winning. He didn't win though. He wasn't going to out box Floyd, he knew that. Give him respect for coming to fight and risk getting knocked out and let's move on.

Calzaghe doesn't have nearly as uphill a battle as Hatton did, distractions certainly didn't cost him the fight.. agreed

Hatton's lack of focus, according to Calzaghe, contributed to the knockout loss to Mayweather last December. [details]
The mistake Hatton made is finally fighting a good fighter in his prime and getting exposed. Calzaghe won't make that mistake as he's fighting a past prime, washed up fighter almost 10 years older than him.

I'd like to see him convince the Taylor/Pavlik winner to come over to the Millennium Stadium to fight. Purely for selfish reasons, so I can attend the bout. I think the fight after Hopkins will be Joe's last.
