Woods has been getting better with age but I don't know if he has the tools to beat Tarver, a faded Tarver at that. This is a hard fight to predict but I just think Tarver is too skilled for Clinton and takes a comfortable UD. Can't see either getting the KO though.

I fancy woods here, hes much better than ppl give him credit for hes gone the distance 3 times with johnson and is just remembered by most for the battering he took off jones. If somehow johnson beats dawson and woods beats tarver that would set up a match to settle the difference.
