Roy is a middleweight, who blew himself up to heavyweight using steroids, then when he came off them, realised he was now so slow people could knock him out, spark out. After searching for the least dangerous opponent for what seems as long as his career to date, he came up with a welterweight, at the light heavy limit. Tito hadnt fought for 2 years, and never above middle, yet alone light heavy. With all the muscle mass or fat that Tito was carrying to make weight, its no wonder Roy looked fast, Tito wasnt that quick to begin with, add another TWO STONE and he would make a corpse look fast. Roy was nowhere near as quick as when he was using juicing, but then again sprinters use steroids because they improve their speed, so kinda figures.
