I wonder if Floyd actually gave him props for a tough fight.

I think he gave Hatton his props. Something along the lines of "You're a good fighter, keep it up."

because i know floyd usually didn't do **** like that after the interview.

Maybe beforehand he thought ricky was a bum, but during and after he had a different opinion and floyd had to dig deep.

Im sure hes done it to every fighter hes been in there with, all fighters respect eachother, you have to if youre willing to risk your life in there. Some fighters are bums but if youre willing to get in the ring, that takes courage.
