If Roy could make 160, I think this "unreal" fight can be very real. Money talks, and we're seeing all these crazy fights these days with agreed upon "catch" weights and icons in the sport getting ready to retire, but wanting to prove themselves one last time. I say lets make all the "mythical" matchups come true. We already had Oscar vs Floyd, which five years ago would have been laughed at. We had Oscar vs Bernard; with Oscar starting at 130lbs no one would have imagined that fight taking place, but it did. Then we had Tito vs Roy. I say they do it at Middleweight, would be interesting and boy would it SELL.

Come to think of it, there wouldnt be a single punch landed in the fight. Nevermind, I wouldnt want to see this.

floyd started at 130 roy started at 154 no way would this happen. the only reason tito and roy fought was due to tito being lazy and not wanting to stay and shape.

floyd stays in shape so that means floyd in peak condiditon fight night is 147-150

roy is 180 fight night..a 30lb weight difference.

If this was Roy of 1993 when he was at 160,the fight could could be made because he would be able to get down to 155 or so. Not now though

I really think if they could meet at a catchweight that Roy would KO Floyd, hes just too fast even at 39.
