    Cunningham Wants Haye-Maccarinelli Winner

During a recent interview with BoxingScene.com’s Jose Aguirre, IBF cruiserweight champion Steve Cunningham (21-1, 11KOs) expressed his desire to fight the winner of the upcoming unification bout between David Haye (20-1, 19KOs) of the WBC/WBA and Enzo Maccarinelli (28-1, 21KOs) of the WBO. Steve Cunningham is underrated - he looked great in his last fight. After defeating his mandatory Marco Huck, he deserves a unification fight with the winner of Haye vs. Maccarimelli.

Haye won't stay once he's KO'd Enzo, he's got a weak HW division to smash up

As much as I like USS, he would get hurt badly by Haye, in his last fight, he got hit too much from a guy throwing wide punches. Haye's straight lead would cause some damage. Macca-Cunningham would be a tough fight to call though.

Haye had already long decided on a move to heavyweight. He delayed that and took the Maccarinelli fight simply because the money and potential exposure on the table was too good to turn down. I'm sure he'd have fought Cunningham at heavyweight.

At this time, yes he should. Bigger paydays await him.
