No, that's why they are amateurs.

But if you are especially good(national level) you might get sponsors that are gonna pay for your supplies.

not as funny as you may think, if you get to top level you recieve grants to stay amteur, especially if you become a good advert for the amateurs, i heard they were gonna throw tens of thousands at Khan to stay in the vest
