    Floyd vs Cotto : comparison

Floyds average opponent has 26 wins and 5 losses
Cottos average opponent has 24 wins and 5 losses

Since they both beat Zab whos average opponent has 19 wins 5 (barely missed rounding to 6) losses I think there is something to looking at the opponent quality as a measure of a fighters skill.

It would be a good fight I would lean towards a Floyd win because of his superior mobility.

lol well it seems like everyone's average opponent has roughly 20-5....20-6.

I bet his looks a lot different.

Chick in your avy looks like she works street corners. Maiko Kazano looks better than her and when the fight is made I will bet every last point I have on Floyd winning.

                Let me try this again.

Julio Cesar Chavez Jr is 34-0

                Miguel Cotto is 31-0

but Miguel Cotto is a BETTER opponent

In your method of simply adding up records you have lots of this type of thing happening and skewing people's opposition.
