and when people say there shot there bums... there BOTH still elite status in my eyes... there not prime... there not like they used to be... but they were so good in their prime, that even faded versions of them can STILL compete with the top in their respective weightclasses right now... they might not be able to DOMINATE like they used too... but they can both definitely compete at the top...

I thought tito looked GREAT, for a 2 1/2 year layoff, at a weight 10 lbs above where hes ever fought, fighting a slick quick fighter... I thought he did damn good... If tito took 2 - 3 tune up fights and maybe middleweight or SPW I think he could definitely improve a lot more than what you seen...

Roy? for 39... I cant say enough... hes 39... hes been knocked out cold, TWICE, hes wrecked his body from fluctuating weight so much... hes fought at heavyweight, and shrunk down to 169 1/2??? at 39....

To me thats truly uinbelievable... to take all that and look at the things he did on saturday night... even against a smaller non active fighter... im not even lookin at tito, im jus lookin at roy from bein 39, weight drained a bit, been KOed twice... and he STILL can see openings, and pull the trigger...
5-6-7 punch combinations, triple hooks, the jab, the right hand, the left hook, the uppercuts, the winky style blocking, the walking down his opponent, all things that from where roys come from, is really unbelievable... and the fact that tito DID look good, you could tell felix was in shape, he was strong.. some of those punches were SERIOUS... and roy never even showed fatigue... 12 rounds, 39, showed no fatigue... just impressive

i think the 39 yr old version of roy jones u saw saturday night... would be the same exact roy jones you would see at 39, if he was NEVER knocked out... i think hes over the KOs, his body has recuperated, his confidence has recupiterated, hes shown nothing but improvement... Prince Badi, not a great fighter, not a great win... hanshaw, better fighter than badi, much better porformance by roy... tito, even this tito... way better fighter than hanshaw, WAY better performance by Roy... hes shown nothing but absolute improvement every fight, with better competition... and for 39... to be nothing but improving with competition and performance... is respectable... we dont know if he can compete at championship status yet... but his incline has showed no reason to think otherwise... even if he couldnt dominate or beat calzaghe... i say he competes, and way better than bernard would... bernards a much smarter fighter than he used to be... but his punch output has gone into the negatives, his clinching and had butting tactics have gotten much worse, his combination punching is virtually non existent, and he has shown fatigue towards the later rounds... I could say the opposite for Roy, as far as how he looked 3 fights ago... with each fighter being better, and each performance turning back the clock a little bit more...

It would at least be a more Entertaining fight.. thats for sure

I think Roy's new style makes for a entertaining fight. I dont think he can use this coming forward and blocking punches style against 175 pounders, but i think he can do this against 168 pounders where he would be the stronger fighter. He should fight at 168

He weighed in at 169 for this fight,so he can make 168

I wont go on theres no point, if you love & idolize Floyd and like to pretend you are him.... theres no point in me making logical points.

You must think ALOT of Floyd Mayweather. Because you think that when he fights a 2 division champion with 40 victories that it is a horrible mismatch in Floyds favor. You must be a fan.

                Just my thought...

Roy should go straight and fight Joe...

Tito should go straight and fight Taylor or Pavlik...or the Pantera's of the world...

Both fights were pretty ****. But as a spectacle DLH and Mayweather was better. Roy Jones is full of it, where was the knock-out in fo' as he so elegantly put it. In one interview he said there would be something wrong with him if he couldn't knock Tito out, then after the fight he's all smiles and callin' out Calzaghe, I'm not so sure he deserves the shot!

I think Tito might actually be able to Miranda. He's got one big punch but other than that he's not very good.

I'd much rather not see him fight super middleweights though

The fact is Roy has victories over 3 future HOF fighters & has accomplished things in boxing Joe could only dream of. Joe is getting ready to fight an older guy that Roy already beat.
