he has been comprehensively beaten by Winky ,RJJ, Hopkins outboxed for most of his fight with Dela Hoya but got a debatable decision

Vargas never had a chin same as Reid ,Joppy ,

u have his wins over an old Whitaker & blown up Mayorga

most skilled Boxers with decent chins he has faced have beaten him quite comfortably

not really. just like my grandpa told me a drunken rant,

"No matter how good you are, there will ALWAYS be someone better"

then he took out his 380 auto and shot holes in the mailbox.

no because of all his losses were late in career and above 160. He's wasn't that old but he turned pro young and had been boxing a long time before he started to lose. His dedication to the sport, the training and everything had degraded by the time he fought Hopkins and Wright.

Yeah he is overrated for losing later/end of his career to fighters naturally much bigger than him How long have you been watching boxing? Do you know his record at 147-154? Fishnet ran like a ***** anyway

Tito is a classic puncher, and he has lost to slick boxers. The classic axiom holds true, a boxer will always beat a puncher. Tito was a great fighter, not the best defense, but he protects his chin well, his great footwork, and can punch like hell.

I dont think this fight or the Winky fight should even be taken seriously. Even against Hopkins he was blown up, not at his best weight. He had looked impressive against Joppy though, who does have a good chin.

great footwork LOL what u mean transfering all his weight onto his left leg so u can see he is gonna sling the left hook from a mile away , no wonder he has been beaten by intelligent Boxers etc

i dont think hes overrated but those low blows after getting hurt by Vargas made me dislike his ass, he was getting beat every time Vargas was boxing him and could've won..

and then the DLH fight... ill stop right there.
