PacRules: It's extremely apparent when Roy decides to fight that he is the much better fighter. He just fights in spurts and lets Tito outwork him. You get the feeling that he can stop Tito if he sticks with it.

I am not watching the fight, but from what I hear Roy isn't letting his hands go. He is obviously scared of getting KO'd again and countered by a Tito left hook. Roy is finished.
