Im going with RJJ to win a 3-4 round UD, or possibly late stoppage. But this fight is interesting and can go either way.

If Tito lands something big early. Its gonna bring out the cautious Roy. As we saw in Tarver 2. He won't trust his chin and he will be timid and loose a lot of rounds. If Tito does this he could win a UD, or possibly a stoppage if he follows up a big shot.

    Your thoughts?

I like both fighters but favor Tito more and think that catching RJJ is his only way to win. I don't see him out boxing RJJ. If Tito doesn't catch him, I tihnk the fight goes gthe distance abd Roy gets the UD ....

Trinidad does not hit as hard as Tarver or Johnson so i doubt one punch would do it. He needs to apply alot of pressure and stay on Roy all night, which is out of his character and why i do not give him much of a chance in this fight. Also, in his last fight 2 years ago, he was out boxed badly, Roy put on a good performance against an up and comer in his last fight so he has been alot more active. On top of all of this, Tito is fighting 10lbs past what he hhas ever fought at so he might not even have that much power.

You mean the cautious Roy from Tarver 3, not 2, right?

If Tito has decent speed and carried his power up, he has a chance. If not, he will not be able to deal with RJJ's speed.

Agree. Tito can be outboxed and he doesn't hit as big as Tarver.

But with Roys chin being the way it is at the moment. It doesn't take a massive hitter.

I just Roy puts on a good show tonight for us all.

Tito better hope that some of his power comes up with him to 170, or he will be in for a long night.

                I think it might.

He looked in good shape in the weigh in.

I think its going to be a top fight.

Trindad doesn't hit as hard as Tarver, I doubt he can even knock JONES JR out

I thought Trinidad looked soft at the weigh in. His midsection had a little definition going on but it looked very soft, especially around the sides of his torso. Kind of had a "muffin top" thing going on.
