I had the same problem downloading sopcast from the sopcast site, just try to get it from somewhere like download.com

They might have a limit on users for the channel. So the quality stays high for the users they have.

Try another channel. Are you having problems with other channels?

Sorry if this has been asked before, but the channel im streaming on Sopcast is playing a Hockey match at the minute. Is this the channel the fight will be on?
