Hopkins is way past his prime. He lost to Taylor twice...yes, both times. He moved up to fight Tarver, who was no spring chicken himself, and won, but it was also Tarver after some hard fights with Johnson, and then the "Roy" move, where he packed on muscle to be a Heavyweight (for a movie) and then took it off to fast, at his advanced age. It ruined him, just like it did Roy. The one good thing about that was that Tarver found out what Roy went through.


Hopkins is old and hasn't looked good in a while. Fight somebody else.

Although, I can let it pass if he is using it for ratings in order to get another LH fighter under his belt in the near future...like Dawson. Fighting Hopkins, a seinor citizen, does little for his legacy.
