I didn't say I came from the hood; I came from a working-class neighborhood. Where Hop came from is poorer and rougher, not by a long shot but noticeably so. He found trouble. It's not unavoidable where he grew up. I found trouble too but I got lucky and never did time. Having some degrees has nothing to do with it.
