Judah takes the control early with his superior speed, knocks down DLH in the first and tries to finish him in the second but runs out of gas. DLH flurries at the end of the second round as Judah lays on the ropes.

Oscar takes over the fight in the third against a spent Judah, controls the third round with his jab, knocks Zab down in the fourth and almost knocks him out but Judah hangs on.
Judah low blows De La Hoya to get out of trouble and Oscar goes down in pain as the bell rings to signal the end of the fight.
Referee takes a point off from De La Hoya for faking.
