If Cotto Fights Clottey and Wins......

then I would never rip him again. I wrote this in another thread:
    -------------------

Ive always have the same complaint about him. How come no one thinks its valid? All Ive ever wanted is for Cotto to fight one guy who was as big as him and has some talent. Thats all Ive ever asked. He's good but from round 1 in every fight he has you can see that he's just a monster compared to his opponets. He looks like he's atleast 2 weight classes bigger then everyone he fights. Its only one complaint I have and he has never answered it in any fight but everyone overlooks it. It makes me mad because the same people will ***** and say that Floyd hasnt fought a big WW yet but atleast Floyd is a small guy. Whats Cotto's excuse? Floyd also fought Baldy and Oscar who were huge and he's way smaller then Cotto. Cotto hasnt even done that. Am I really wrong to ask this question? Really?

I guess we'll find out when the Margarito fight comes but again that sucks to me. I think it will be a must see fight but it sucks because I think there's pretty much a 90% chance that both guys will come out with even more hype then before or that Margarito will win and we will have to hear all his hype again.
    -----------------------

now they said the Gomez fight might not go through and he would fight Clottey. If he did that and wins then I cant say anything bad about him. I personaly think my question is valid but others dont. If he beats Clottey then he will have answered everything. Forget Williams & Margarito for now. I dont even need to see that. Just Clottey, Cintron who I dont think is special, or even a guy like Collazo who is a boxer but a big guy. Thats all I want to see. Collazo hasnt even won in ahwile and I would take that because of his size

So Mosley isn't as big as Cotto you dimwitt? 2 inches taller and has fought at 154 for a while against really big guys? And everyone was citing Mosley's size as an advantage against Cotto.

        Gotta agree with this.

But the difference is that Mosley doesn't fight like an imposing strong fighter. He was allowed to fight at 154 primarily because of his speed and skill. He didn't even have success at 154.

That B.S. Mosley is a inch taller and he's basically just like Floyd. Meaning that he can move up because he's that good but he's never been a big guy. Did you see the Mosley fight? Cotto made him look like a little boy. Manny Steward is the biggest Cotto fan there is and in round 1 he said that Cotto looks like the much bigger man and it was clear from the start that Shane was so small compared to him. Cotto is really like a Jr. MW right now. He's huge. Dont let his height fool you. He's super thick and built like a rock. I wont rip him for that though because Williams, Margarito, Cintron, and Clottey are huge also but atleast fight one of them

                ...

What's the general consensus on the decision for Mosley-DLH II?

How fresh was Vargas in their two fights? He also was virtually tied in the first fight when it was stopped.

Now he's like a jr. middle? When he moves to 154 he will be build like a middle weight. Apparently you wont be happy until he is fighting Klitschko.

That's not at all what he is saying...

I think he is saying that he should test himself against someone who can punch decently... he kind of has been avoiding the big punchers, whether that be intentional or not is up for debate. I would personally say no...

It is just nice for an elite to show that he can beat any style.
