Enough with the Cotto-Gomez complaining

Its getting to be ******. People were surprised that Cotto continued to fight tough fights and he even wanted Mayweather or Williams but neither fight happened. He chose Gomez, so what? Give both Cotto and Gomez a break. Mayweather was fighting easy fights for him, Judah fought easy ones, mostly everyone does at some point. And Gomez has beaten super-middles and light-heavys, and accepted his shot at Cotto and will quite possibly give him a tough fight. Time will tell.
People complained when Manfredo got his shot at Calzaghe, and now complain because Gomez got his shot at Cotto. Mora got his shot and turned it down, so then people complained that he didn't take it. These guys can't win the people over and its getting obnoxious.
Cotto vs. Gomez will be a good fight. Gomez isn't necessarily in Cotto's league but has fought at a higher weight and has good skills so we'll see what happens. Until then, give it a rest.
