highley feared WW, not the most feared man on the planet but big risk low reward kind of fighter, so much so that Williams doesnt want a rematch with him, for a man who said Margarito was ducking him and that he beat him up in sparring he sure didnt do that in their fight and he sure isnt willing to give a rematch to Margarito.
most of the welters have stayed clear of Margarito for good reason he is a good fighter end of story.

Bums dont win world titles, Mark my words when he knocks out Judah and moves on to fight Cotto (if Cotto takes the fight) you will see weather or not he is a bum, and unless you have won a world title in this sport I dont think you have the right to call someone a bum.
