I like Manny a lot better, but I honestly think Floyd has been beating the better fighters. 2007 was a waste of time for Pacquaio. We didn't need to see that Barrera rematch.

well by the theory of relativity pacquaio has fought better ranked oponents than mayweather. but by the theory of difficulty, mayweather has fought the harder oponents: DLH, Judah, Castillo, Corrales, Hatton, Baldomir.

But still, I wouldn't disagree with Pacquiao being #1 cuz he deserves it aswell. its just a matter of how you look at it.

If pacquaio wins his next match against Juan Manuel Marquez, I would think theres no doubt that he would be #1 but the more difficult oponents would still go to mayweather.
